1. Agreement to Terms

By requesting a quote, scheduling a service, or using any part of the Gleam Pressure Washing website (madetogleam.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services Provided

Gleam Pressure Washing provides exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to, residential pressure washing, commercial pressure washing, fleet washing, and property management services in Denver, CO and surrounding areas.

All services are subject to availability and scheduling. Quotes provided through our website are estimates only and may be adjusted after an on-site assessment. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee at our discretion.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside of our control. We will contact you as soon as possible in the event of a necessary rescheduling.

4. Property Access & Conditions

By scheduling a service, you confirm that you are the property owner or have authorization to allow us access to the property. You agree to ensure the service area is reasonably accessible and free of obstructions prior to our arrival.

Gleam Pressure Washing is not responsible for damage to pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to: deteriorated siding, rotting wood, loose paint, cracked surfaces, or improperly sealed windows and doors. It is the customer's responsibility to disclose any known conditions that could be affected by water or cleaning solutions.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless a separate written agreement has been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Accounts past due by more than 30 days may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. Gleam Pressure Washing reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through appropriate legal channels.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to damage caused by pre-existing conditions or areas excluded from the original scope of work.

7. Limitation of Liability

Gleam Pressure Washing's total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including loss of use or loss of income, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Use of Website

The content on this website is for general informational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without express written permission.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on this site but make no warranties, express or implied, regarding completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denver County, Colorado.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
